How it works
01
From the annual-physical basics to a full metabolic and hormone picture. A short health questionnaire, nothing more.
02
A licensed Texas physician reviews your request and places the order with Quest. You get an order code — usually within one business day.
03
Book a time or walk in, show your photo ID and your code. The draw takes a few minutes.
04
Most results are back within two business days. A physician reviews them before you see them, and anything that needs attention comes with a plain-language note — or a phone call.

Why a physician, not just a lab
Not an algorithm and not a dashboard of red and green. A licensed Texas physician reviews every panel before it is released to you.
If a result needs attention now, the physician calls you before it is released. A portal is not how anybody should find that out.
If your results raise a question, book a video visit with the same practice — and an in-person clinic if you need one.
No supplements sold off the back of your results, and no tests with weak evidence like "food sensitivity" or "toxin" panels.
Questions
Adults aged 18 and over who live in Texas and have their blood drawn in Texas. A physician's licence applies where the patient is.
Every panel includes tests that are most accurate fasting: nothing but water for 8–12 hours before your draw. A morning appointment makes it easy. Your order page repeats the instructions.
Most results are back from Quest within two business days. A physician reviews them before release, so allow a little longer for that.
The physician's note will say what it means and what to do next. If a result needs urgent attention, the physician will call you before releasing it — so keep your phone nearby after your draw.
Not at launch: Base1 Care is self-pay, at the price shown. Some people use an HSA or FSA card for lab testing; check with your plan.
Yes, and we encourage it. Your results download as a file you can send to anyone.
