Pricing
The research library is the reason to come here and it costs nothing — all of it, not a sample. What you pay for is the work: plans built to your numbers, checked against a real food database, adapting to what you actually did.
Free
The research library, in full, and enough of the coach to know whether it is any good.
Plus
Most peopleThe nutrition half, complete. Targets, plans, recipes, grocery lists, and a coach that remembers.
Pro
Nutrition and training together, adapting to what you actually did.
Monthly, cancel whenever. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the month you have paid for; your data drops back to the free plan rather than being deleted.
What the money buys
Your calorie and macro targets come from the Mifflin-St Jeor and Katch-McArdle equations with published activity multipliers — arithmetic, in code, with a hundred and eight tests whose expected values were worked by hand from the original papers. The language model never produces a target. It is shown the finished numbers and told it may not change them, and an answer that restates one differently is rejected before you see it.
The same applies to food. The coach names dishes and portions in grams; the composition comes from USDA FoodData Central, and the day is summed by code. If a day misses your target the plan is sent back to be fixed, and you only ever see one that adds up. Where a food cannot be matched, the row says so rather than quietly contributing a plausible guess.
This is the difference between a plan and a conversation that mentioned food.
And what it does not buy
No doses. No prescriptions. No diagnosis. No vendor, pharmacy or supplement anybody paid to have mentioned — we sell nothing, we take no commission from anyone who does, and there is no referral link anywhere on this site.
If you are on a GLP-1, this supports the nutrition and training around a prescription you already hold from a clinician who is not us. That is where it is most useful and it is also exactly where it stops.
Yes, and for a lot of people it is the right answer. The whole evidence library is free, your targets are free and the arithmetic behind them is on screen. Twenty coach messages a month is enough to get your numbers and ask real questions. What it will not do is build you a plan to keep.
Because it is a separate job. Plus is the nutrition product and it is complete on its own. Pro adds programme design, set-by-set logging and progression history, and the coach starts proposing training changes from what you actually lifted. If you only want food, do not pay for Pro.
It stays and your account drops to the free plan. Your plans remain readable, your logged history remains intact, and resubscribing picks up where you left off. You can also export everything or delete the account outright, and deletion means deleted — every table is keyed to your account and cascades.
No, and it is built not to pretend otherwise. It refuses doses, prescription changes, diagnosis and anything about sourcing a medication, and those refusals are in code rather than in a prompt hoping for the best. Nu Link is not a medical provider.
No. Your profile, plans and conversations are used to answer you and nothing else. The privacy notice says precisely what is stored, why, and how to get rid of it.
Not yet. When annual billing exists it will be an actual discount rather than twelve months at the monthly price with a bow on it.
